Return Policy: All products that we sell are factory fresh merchandise, all first quality goods with manufacturer’s labels and tags. We DO NOT sell seconds or irregulars. We strive to ship in-stock orders within 2-3 days of the date we receive them. Credit card orders are not charged until your order actually ships. Please note that this applies to DHL shipments to US addresses, and only to business days Monday through Friday, when DHL is operating. In case of a stock out situation, your order status will reflect the expected shipping time frame. If we expect the back order to be longer than 4 weeks, we will notify you via e-mail and cancel your order. Returns are totally at your discretion. All returned items require a “Return Authorization Number”. To obtain this number, call Innovative Designs (412-799-0350). Items must be returned in new condition with all manufacturers tags. If garments are returned in less than new condition, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted at our discretion. Items must be boxed and sent pre-paid freight: We will not accept COD return deliveries. Your purchase will be credited to your original charge card. Shipping charge is not refundable except on orders that we shipped incorrectly. All returns must take place within 30 days of receipt of items.
